This is often accompanied by an exfoliating treatment to allow the revitalizing facial formula to penetrate more deeply. A serum or mask will be massaged in for deep nourishment. Lastly, an SPF moisturizer will be smoothed on to protect from UV damage following the facial. It's common for patients to experience mild skin irritation and redness around the face, but these should fade within 24 hours as you heal.
